    HOW ABOUT FIXING ALL THE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH YOUR EXISTING CRAP SYSTEMS BEFORE YOU MOVE ON TO YOUR "NEXT GREAT FAILURE" OF A PROJECT. IF half as much energy was spent on a function like, i dont know lets just say billing ..... you might just have working
    product here that loyal customers might actually enjoy. I GUESS NOT HAVING ANY MARKET COMPETITION HELPS YOU IN THIS FAILURE OF AN ENERPRISE.

    THE SAD THING IS I'VE HAD AN XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT LONGER THAN MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN ALIVE ON THIS PLANET AND quality across the board has TANKED DRAMATICALLY!

    does anything work?

    I have nothing but problems with this system. the smart glass doesn't work, I have a Samsung S4, and I tried all the helps, but still not working. the search is horrible, I kept trying to search how to delete content on the One, the search results kept
    giving me games. the snap apps just don't work. I have to load games, it just suspended loading game, said check your network connection, which was fine. not sure why I need a network connection to play a game anyway. very frustrating

    does anything work?

    the Smart Glass app needs to be on same network as the XB1... hold down power button for 10 seconds and do a cold reboot... that might help also

    I would suggest you reboot your xbox once per week. While on hold down the power button for 5 seconds until it shuts off. Then reboot.

    Also don't be surprised if your GT gets banned. lol nice tag....hehhehehehe

    yes, I changed the wi- fi on the phone, I have un plugged the one, yes it is the xbox one glass app, I have reset my router, I have entered the ip address, it does see the system on my phone, but still have an error message.

    too much effort for something that should just work

    To delete things, you press the menu button whilst hovering over the icon to bring a sub-menu where you will see the option to uninstall.

    What trouble are you having with Smartglass? Perhaps we can help?
