Does anyone xbox one s need to factory reset at 97 percent?

Check this support page, Startup error solution , scroll down to E200 and do the steps in order.

Only continue with steps 3 & 4 if steps 1 & 2 don't solve your issue.

If you need to do a offline system update and you're using a wired connection, it needs to be disconnected from the console before attempting the offline system update with OSU1.

imzpothead: yeah the 97 percent issue is ongoing. Been happening for years. Xbox just pretends it doesnt exist, as does netflix.

I think the factory reset will not work. I came from an Xbox S for Xbox X, and the problem was already on Xbox S.

I think the problem is not linked to the console, but apparently in the account.
