Does anyone work at Xbox?

i complete the puzzle and the next one wont unlock. i have uninstalled and reinstalled but still not fixed. on these boards there are several people for many months with the same problem. someone chimes in and says they are working on a fix. now months later
no fix means no one is working on it right? Will I get a real answer or another generic "we are working on it" response?

Does anyone have problems with there auto aim?? Does it work? I know from experience that it is OP, but mine doesn't work at all.

Thank you for the response. Here is some information that might help.

My wife and I both have Surface Pro 3's. Both are identical except mine is a i5 and hers is an i7. the game works fine on hers and not on mine.
