Does anyone look at the appeals??

My appeal was denied Even though I describe that I was getting harassed in the situation that got me com banned. I have been with you guys for years. Ever since the enforcement has started. I've been com banned for unreasonable things a couple times, however, I have never complained until now, this is my second time being com banned and then I submit a appeal and it gets denied even though I have good reason. The first time was a profile picture ban for no reason there were no bad contents in the profile picture. Xbox even let me put it up. It has a verification system on the Xbox app. If it was so bad why did it let me put it up as my picture? This time I was being harassed by a group of people, three people in total and game chat and they message me after the game. I said whatever tickles your pickle because they were saying I was scared and how I left. It did not violate any terms of service. I didn't mean it in an inappropriate way which is obvious however, they mass reported me and got me com banned for four days My appeal just now 3 days later gets denied after being under review for 3 days. And since the enforcement thing was created. Why do you not have a contact for people like me to contact you?

The Independent Advisor has given you incorrect info,something they all do a lot.

Not sure why their reply has been marked as "answered" as it's wrong.

As mentioned,do not contact support as they are nothing to do with enforcement & can not do anything

As mentioned customer support has nothing to do with enforcement nor can they lift it

Which is a common mistake for independent advisors and newer ambassadors even though they get.told.constantly not to refer to customer support for enforcement matters

Hiding a violation doesn't make the violation less against the rules even if you use a euphemism synonym or word replacement to hide it

Chat suspensions iis the preview of the enforcement team and the developer (for in-game.suspension)

In-game issues is for the developer support not customer support

Second it would be useless as people would spam any unmoderated contac

One appeal.thats it since you retaliated they upheld rightfully

3rd it doesn't matter who starts the fight you can't retaliate otherwise the rules applies to you also all you are allowed ro do is block and ignore and report

Sadly, we are not able to interfere with anything related to bans or information of users because we don't work for xbox we work with xbox, meaning we can only suggest you to do things or go to different settings when u have a problem with a game for example but don't have any permission to see private information as a xbox employee would do.
