Does anyone knows what kind of error is this?

Does this issue happen when you are playing a specific game? Is it GTA V? If that is the case, the reason for that is that GTA V left the subscription yesterday, okay? January 5. So if that is the case, if you want to continue playing it, you need to purchase the game, but the progress will remain.

If this is not about GTA V, I suggest clearing your cache and cookies on your web browser or mobile device, okay? You can also try resetting your network settings on your device or checking your internet connection.

Why are the comments so scary?

Your account was hacked and if you want to get the points back you'll need to open an Unauthorized Access case. Microsoft and EA don't really care about this issue (it's plaguing hundreds if not thousands of users at this time) so they're saying it'll take
about a month for them to set your account straight, and in the meantime they lock you out of XBOX Live for a month.

Probably some sort of deal made between the publishers and Microsoft.

I thought maybe microsoft got hacked or something and someone posted it. Although it being a placeholder explains why its been on gampass for a week. Dont know if its still on gamepass.
