Ever since Windows 10 My party chat gives me a message "Something went wrong" give it another try if it happens again let us know by going to xbox.com/error help and gives me a code. I put in the code and it says "that code does not exist" WHAT IS GOING
ON WITH XBOX AND THEIR LACK OF HELP?! now I have to call Xbox and waste another hour of my game time to ask why their system is broken. is anyone else getting this party chat problem?

Not to worry, it's some sort of the glitch in the system. Your tag has not be altered. The system does not recognize different tags via capitals and lowercase letters. No one is sure why this happens this way. Just be patient, hopefully it will fix itself
in time.

After all this time, why does anyone still say "as an ambassador you should know..."? Some ambassadors know their stuff, some don't. Doesn't seem to be any quality control or screening process to the system.

Still broken. Does anyone even care that this is happening? Haven't seen any response from anyone in the know acknowledging that this is going on. and not the first time either. A little reassurance from Xbox support or Ubi would go a long way or do we have
