Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you have concerns about a profile background on Xbox. Are you referring to an official Xbox background? If yes, please share a screenshot. If not and you're referring to someone who uses a picture that you think violates the community standards, you may report the player's profile.

To report a player who has behaved in an inappropriate way or posted inappropriate content:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to People, and then do one of the following to find the player you wish to report:

If the player is a friend, select Friends, and then select their gamertag.

If the player isn't a friend, select Recently played with, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search. Once you find the player, select their gamertag.

From the player's profile, select Report or block, and then select Report.

Choose your category and reason for the report. Make sure that you choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensuring Xbox Safety can investigate the issue properly.

Select Add comment to provide more info, and then select Submit.

This game has some of the best achievement art for use as Xbox One home screen backgrounds bar none, IMO. Why? Because they use the gorgeous card art!

Honestly I've haven't touch Batman Arkham City since October. I really don't like the box art choice RockSteady made, that may be why I haven't played it. I enjoyed Batman Arkham Aslyum greatly, just haven't made time for Arham City so you can say I'm more
disappointed with the bland box art of Arkham City than the game itself. It may sound weird to others but that is where I am concerning Arkham City.

I’ve run into the same issue with game art not showing on the dashboard even after changing settings. Just a quick reminder, this is a public forum, and I can’t make changes to your Xbox directly, but I’m here to help based on what I’ve learned and tried myself.

If your background on Xbox Series X is showing as plain white and “Show selected game art” is already turned on, here are a few steps that usually help:

Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My background and make sure “Show selected game art” is toggled on

Make sure you're highlighting a game tile on the Home screen (not a group or an app). The background art only appears behind the Home screen when you're hovering over a game, not on a blank tile

If it still doesn’t show, try this:

Switch to another Profile temporarily, see if it works there

If it does, go back to your main profile and do a full restart of your console:

Hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds to turn it off, then wait a few seconds and turn it back on

Also, double-check that you're not using a custom static background or dynamic background that could override the game art.

Lastly, if you're in a group or preview build (like Xbox Insider), there may be a UI bug — this has happened before in some test updates. You can check if you’re part of the Xbox Insider Program under Settings > Account > Xbox Insider Program.
