    This makes it difficult for me to play because many buttons are not configured correctly for their respective keys. I investigated, and I did not find any information on the problem, also, I already searched the entire Roblox configuration and this option to change the device does not appear. HELP

    nope, all he has to do is download the roblox version from windows store and login, it will sync it over to his main account, my son does this all the time.

    I downloaded from the S.A. store and had to start fresh, losing progress and purchases. After closing the game it shows error saying not found on server..
