Your Latency is high and the Wireless Strength is a little low.

Have you tried to restart your router and to call your Internet Provider?

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

Yes I understand that, but it does not explain WHY the Xbox slim can connect to the Cisco e4200 at 2.4Ghz N without a problem, with or without security. But the external N adapter cannot connect to N at 2.4 Ghz or 5 Ghz with or without security. These adapters
Internal and External are both Microsoft products. So WHY can't the external N adapter connect to what the internal can connect to. I had no problems with any devices connecting except the Xbox external Black N adapter......

I believe there trying to slow down the old consoles to make us buy new ones so I’m just gunna get a pc n get rid of this

My download speed is 12 and upload is 1 , but does the slow connection really explain why I can't receive messages?
