    Does anyone know where to report a bug to Microsoft?


    I came across a bug today that grants an Xbox live subscription of any month amount offered for free and charges no payment method at all. Since I came across this on accident, I am currently talking with Microsoft Support to get the subscription cancelled since it wasn't paid for. I'm also hoping that I don't get banned for this and having the support chat transcript would be of help if any enforcement action were to be taken. I would like to report this bug to Microsoft because it could pose a huge problem if it gets out publicly, but I can't find anything anywhere.

    For those of you doubting me, here are some photos I took of it. Sorry for the vertical angle, I was recording a video of it to send to a friend on Snapchat.

    Update: I was told by MS support that since the subscription on there end was labeled as 'free' as well that I shouldn't have a problem, but I would still like to properly report this.

    You don't. As stated before me, the only way to report a player is by filing a complaint on them. Microsoft has it's ways of determining whether or not to ban the person.
