Does anyone know what it means when the power button flashes twice in quick succession?

Hit the guide button twice in quick succession to switch between your game and the snapped app.

In my experience if you have a play n charge plugged in that will leave the fan running for a bit. It will turn off by itself after a bit. But if you want to turn it off instead of unplugging it, just hit the power button twice in quick succession it will
turn everything off.

If you do however need to do an offline install, then here's the link to assist with that. It covers all the bases to do an offline install over USB, just remember your USB has to be bigger than 6GB and be formatted to NTFS, i'd also recommend it being a 3.0
USB if possible.
