    I used to login my account on a second hand Xboxone console ,and I bought Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass and paid them by my Visa card through US dollars; and yesterday ,I bought a brand new Xboxone S ,and I login my account ,but I can not use the
    Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass ,and can not play any game that I bought before ,anyone knows what is going on ? and how can i play the games that I used to ? thanks a lot

    The Information to change your region is here: Country / Region Change Please read it because
    billing information has to match the region/location you are trying to change your account to and some things you may bought are connected with your region!

    Important These steps are only for when you’re moving and need to change your country/region.

    Follow these steps to update your settings to your new country/region, and then restart your Xbox One console. When you make your first purchase in the new locale, you'll be prompted to update your billing Information.

    1. Sign in to your Xbox One console.
    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Language & location.
    6. Select your new location from the list, and then select Restart now.
