You should never ever use any type of voltage converter with your console.

As the xbox one s has an internal power "brick" there is a switch on the console that you can use for the correct voltage for the country it's being used in.

Yep.Xbox Ones are essentially all the same.The only difference is the power brick & some software.

You can use any xbox one in any country as long as you have the correct power brick for the country you want to use it in.

On the later xbox one s models there is a little switch you use as the power supply/brick is built in

It may not be your power pack but rather the consoles power on PCB Board.

If you have access to one, try a working power pack and if it does the same then you'll know for sure.

I believe there's a switch or option in the settings to change the voltage on the xbox one s as it doesn't have a power brick.

Just make sure you don't use any type of voltage converter/power adapter with your console as they can damage your console & would void any warranty you have.
