The only way to confirm that is by checking if you still have access to the confirmation email sent when you linked your Xbox account to your Epic Games account. On Microsoft's side, the only information we can view is the last time the Epic Games account was used. This can be checked by logging in here and looking for the app.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with linking your account to Epic Games, if you want to check which account it is linked to you will need to do that from Epic Games' side. We have no way of checking from Microsoft/Xbox side
of things.

At this time, you will need to check through their website to see which account is linked to your Xbox Account or possible contact Epic Games themselves.
