Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're Xbox One Wireless controller is not syncing up with your Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth is that correct? Are you using an Xbox One wireless controller adapter? Does the
controller itself stay on and flashing by itself for any amount of time? I would recommend you try connecting the controller to the Windows 10 PC via a USB cable (look for the port above the Xbox logo button in the top center of the controller). Give it a

Does all xbox one controller have an usb C port to be connected or some are wireless only ? (Sorry about all these questions but never had an xbox one controller between my hand)

So seems like there is 2 wireless adaptator and one of them seems to work on windows 7 but they don't precise if it's for xbow one or 360...sigh now you understand why i'm so lost, 3 versions of the controller, 2 different adaptator, many software update...I
know the best is to switch to W10 but I never had a single problem on w7 and would like to keep it as long as possible.

Thanks for keeping us updated with your reply. Since your Windows 10 PC doesn't have Bluetooth (the Xbox Wireless isn't built in), then you would either need to connect your Xbox One controller to your PC via the cable and update it, or you also have the
option to use an Xbox Wireless Adapter (it looks like a flash drive) for Windows to allow for wireless play. The wireless adapter can connect to your PC via USB.

Set up the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows

Give this a try and let us know the results please.
