Does anyone know how to turn your controller back to normal?

I'm sorry to hear that. The same thing happened to me and I just refresh the console to refresh its connection. Here's what you can try

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Sounds like you need new batteries

If that doesn’t solve it, sounds like a hardware failure.

Does this happen every time the console is turned off, or just some times? Have you tried turning the console off with a controller and by pressing the physical button on the console? How long does it normally take to shut down and then start back up?

When i go to prefrences with 2nd controler vibration is not highlighted so i cant press it and disable vibration. If you mean make a new profile for controller 2 then is there anyway to just turn it off without making a new profile. thx and i hope you know
how to solve this.

controller 2 is turned off the same way, by going through the preferences.

The controller will be set to which ever profile is using it, so if your profile is set to vibe off, and his set to vibe on, it should be fine. and you will get no vibe, so check your preferences again and let me know, also make sure you are saving your
preferences before you leave the screen.
