    Issue with Xbox Series S: The device shut off suddenly and now will not power on. I have tried changing power sockets, resetting the internal power supply, changing power cables etc but the device will only turn on for 5 seconds. It beeps when the button is pressed then after 5 seconds beeps again and shuts off.

    Community support recommends sending the device for service but I am unable to submit a service request even though the device is under warranty and callback simply says it is not available

    Yes, as I stated, you cannot get support unless you move to a supported country.

    Xbox consoles are not officially sold in Malaysia, so unfortunately you cannot access warranty repair or console online services. PC game pass is supported only.

    Unfortunately, as you were informed by another consultant, as your country is not supported, it will not be possible to make the request. If you have someone you know in another country who has support, you may be sending it to make the request for you.
