    My son reset his xbox & he was on the account as a family member & now he cannot access any of his games. His gamertag still shows in the family section but we can't do anything with it & he can't play anything on the main account. I've been trying to find out a way to speak to someone but it seems to be mission impossible to get a phone call or Web chat

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

    I understand you need help on playing your games.

    If I may ask, is your son using the account that owns the games he is trying to play?

    Since there was a reset that happened on the console, this will also reset the Home Xbox to share games and this might have been shared before for him to play. Try using the account that owns the games and set it to Home Xbox again so he can play the games again as being shared.

    Log in to the account that owns the games and do this:

    Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

    Once done, the games will be shared again on that console.

    If your refund was denied, and you believe it is a mistake because you have not requested many refunds this year, please respond to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    If you have not received any email informing you of your refund rejection after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk folder, I recommend requesting a refund again using this alternative link:

    https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    If your refund is denied again this time, you should receive an email informing you of the denial as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when a refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.
