Once your Minecraft account is migrated to a Microsoft account, it will be linked permanently to that account. If you have successfully recovered your Microsoft account then you should have access to the game itself.

May I know how did you recover it? When you login your account to https://account.xbox.com/Profile website, does it show your correct Xbox profile or gamertag same as before?

Your Xbox account is the same as your Microsoft account, even if you don't use Xbox services. Microsoft does not recycle or recover emails after they are deleted from your account.

In your case, I recommend that you create a new Microsoft account with a new email address.

The problem is with the account recovery solution is that I have too type in the Microsoft account I want too recover. How am I suppose too do that if I don’t know it or anyone else does. All I know is Xbox account that I want too recover and that it but I need too know the email address too recover and I dno how on my end too do that.

It will have all the steps on how to change your email address, keep in mind that this procedure does require you being able to log in to your Microsoft Account, if that isn't possible then please follow the steps mentioned on that same page on how to recover
the account etc.
