Does anyone know how to have a conversation about general concerns and issues happening...

Hello, I was reaching out to inquire if anyone has had any luck or can provide a currently viable means of contacting a representative about long term concerns that I have been having? It’s an issue stemming back 2 years almost now so I’ll spare the details for the sake of time here, however whenever I contact customer support to this day protocols seem to prevent me from being assisted with active requests. More to; whenever I contact in regards to purchasing a new controller for example, upon looking at my account they see some history indicating a previous purchase I was unsatisfied with. Instead of assisting with a purchase relevant to today, I’ve been tossed for weeks now between departments been rudely hung up on after being tossed back to a previous department and have been told repeatedly for weeks now that I would receive contact within 24 hours and 24 more hours and etc. I don’t use social media very much so I don’t have a public know how other than this forum, can anyone provide some insight? I just wanted assistance and clarity on products and shipping process and such to avoid another dissatisfactory situation again however things have quickly gotten out of hand again and the disrespect of being lead in circles is more frustrating than the poor quality of product I received 2 years ago. I’m very lost as to how I’m supposed to work with these cards and am to unfamiliar with the terrain to know what I’m doing incorrectly. Thank you.
