Somber that did not work sorry i added the stuff you told me to do the security and that tried it again and it does not work. You said about delete my profile and download it again. I dont know how that works. But i play black ops 2 and im a high prestige
on it and im worried because if i delete my profile and download does everything what was on the profile stays on the one i downloaded do i keep my stats achimvents and all of that stuff my game level all of that stuff if i do send me a link to how to do it

Hey guys. It's been about 5 or 6 days now that I've had this problem as well. I tried the delete profile, clear cache X3, redownload. Couldn't redownload profile for 4 days, but they fixed that. Now, im back to square one with my internet the same it's
been all my years of using Live, not being able to connect to Live, and MS not fixing stuff. Does anyone know when this'll be fixed?

yea i got the same thing and when i went to download my profile after deleting it. it says cannot download profiles at this time, so now i cannot play solo now cause all my stuff got deleted and all my connections are good i dont know what to do. anyone
figure this out please help thanks

Yea I know how you feel I bought the new Xbox one X when it first came out for almost $600 and less than a week after I got it all the exact same stuff that you said was going on with your Xbox is happening to my console as well I’m really frustrated and
