Does anyone know how to get 60fps on games for the Xbox series s back

It’s not a matter of the Series S being underpowered, seeing that other games manage to get good performance, it’s the simple case of the game not being optimized properly. The series S can run this game at 1080p ( dynamic resolution) and 60fps.

Even the performance mode on Series X is only 1080p 60fps which speaks for itself, and that is the most powerful system. It’s not a question of the series S being underpowered but the game not properly optimized. Tons of other games get great performance on the S

series s will struggle on demanding games to keep 60fps at 1080p. the series x will struggle to keep 60fps at 4k thats for sure. the series x will be ok at 120fps at 1080 and most likely 1440.

I tentatively believe the Series S has RT enabled. The shadows does look great. But the lack of an option to enable/disable it is because there is no 120fps mode for the game. I have seen the YouTube videos too and I have the Series X|S version installed as well, but I can tell you that we're limited to 60fps for Cold War on the series S

The store page for Red Dead Redemption 2 does not state that it supports 60fps. The game runs at 30fps on Xbox One and Series X/S consoles, FPS boost is not available for this title.

Yes, but does a game released on series x/s 'HAVE' to be 'optimized' if not how else would I know its the series x/s version I'm playing?
