Does anyone know how to fix Xbox one problem..it will not launch any games or apps and says...

Does anyone know how to fix the problem when it say's "The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again."?

So that is kind of what is happening to me, basicly it wont let me play my xbox games, it does say it is my home xbox but it still wont let me play any of the games. Does anyone know how to fix this?
