Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Make sure that all packs and DLCs are installed on your end by following the steps below:

"Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon. "

That’s a great suggestion - however I’ve also tried that and checked to see if everything has been installed and it still comes up.

This problem occurs when there is an error with the account or profile. With the intention of helping you, I am going to suggest taking some steps to solve this problem. The first thing is to change the password for your Microsoft account:

1. Log in to the console.
2. Scroll right to Settings and select Account.
3. Scroll right to Your Information and select Account Security.
4. Select Change Password.
5. Type the current password, type the new password twice, and then select Change now.
6. If you want to save your password so you can use it to sign in to other Microsoft services, select Yes when prompted.

If this does not work, the next thing would be to delete the profile from your console and add it again. If you want to find more solution steps, you can go to the following link:

I got it too. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to power cycle. Probably will need a patch from Xbox.
