Does anyone know how to fix the Bannerlords Mount and blade 2, start up crashes?

This game seems to be an exception, I am downloading it on pc right now. there is a miscommunication somewhere.

Since it's not Play Anywhere, then yes, you would need to purchase it for both in order to play it on both.
