Does anyone know how to fix my xbox's loading problem for games?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Xbox One S console. I can imagine this could be frustrating.

In case you haven't tried it before, I recommend you try resetting your console to its factory settings while keeping your games and apps. I mention this because I'm not sure if by "soft reset" you mean this or if you mean that you restarted the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

If you haven't tried it before, you can do it as follows:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep games & apps.

Your console will be reconfigured, and you'll need to re-add your account, so make sure you know the email and password for your account before proceeding. No games or apps will be deleted, and you won't lose progress in any games since they are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

Given the situation you describe and since the console reset didn't resolve the problem, it would indicate that the console has a hardware issue, possibly with an internal component, possibly with the internal storage unit. Therefore, it will be necessary for you to send your console to a trusted technician in your local area to have it properly examined and repaired.

Keep in mind that Xbox One consoles are models that no longer have official repair services from Xbox outside of warranty for quite some time, as you can see for yourself in the following link under the "Out-of-warranty service cost" section:
