Does anyone know how to contact a virtual agent

MS does have ways to handle this.

When you go to support.xbox.com/contact-us click on billing then click on virtual agent and when the virtual agent box comes up if you type in talk to an agent 2 times it will bring up a live agent for you to chat with.

I know how annoying it is. I've been trying to find out how to fix this for so long. I have contacted so many Microsoft virtual agent people. I will let you know how to fix it if I find out.

you will have to go to the microsoft site and look for a number to speak
to an agent otherwise you will always have the virtual agent chat,
otherwise it is a real headache to search on the site and microsoft does not contact anyone so
you have no choice, really sorry i have already been through this
