    Does anyone know how support works?


    I have a new series x with 2 controllers

    Both controllers have the infamous button issues (buttons not working well), I have requested replacement.

    I have received a few mails. the last ones where asking my address. That was about 12 days ago.

    When I check https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ I see my two controllers but both say no issues found.. why???

    both have issues (one of them the vibration also has issues and the other also has issues with left on the dpad)

    but more important:

    Is there something I need to do or send? Can I see somewhere the status of my requests?

    I got it too. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to power cycle. Probably will need a patch from Xbox.

    Probably temporary. You can try restarting the console. Or a power cycle. Turn off and unplug the Xbox from the wall for 1 minute.

    What game is it? Are you sure you bought the PC version and not the console version (if not play anywhere)? Have you checked your library in the Microsoft Store app also?
