So, I can't talk to anyone at all as it tells me so. The two options they give me are setting up my Xboxone as a "Home". The second is to use a virtual agent to help me walkthrough the steps of setting one up. They talk about reporting yet I don't see a option for that. I do beleived I did set my Xbox one account to home. Not what I was expecting. =/
