Does anyone know a fix for downloading a profile and connecting to xbox Live via Xbox 360...

Thanks for the swift response, I looked at the post and also the link provided in the post, it's showing all the relevant services as "up and running." It's somewhat reliving to know that I'm not the only one experiencing this and that it's being looked into, I mean judging by the fact that they started looking into it four months ago it must be a rather complex issue, do you want me to just sit tight for now, or is there anything else my end I could try?

Hello Rook206, Xbox support on Twitter posted something about 360 profiles logging in, it looks like it still hasn't been resolved at all as we're still getting a few similar occurrences.

Hello again, I totally agree, I see you've already tried several procedures, I'll suggest you a reset on the console keeping games and Apps.

However it may not work because it is something that is happening to more people and we see the reports here in the community.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.
Select system > Settings > System > Console Information
Select Reset console.
Restore and maintain my games and apps.
Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hey just writing to update you on the fact that this unfortunately didn't change anything for me the issue is still ongoing. Have you got any other suggestions or should I just wait from here?
