Does anyone have any suggestions to try and get my Xbox to work?

Up until a couple days ago, it’s worked fine, and it will power on, but no games will launch (it says they’re either corrupt or gives a different error code), and my settings app is completely gone. Any time i try to access it , it takes me to the microsoft store and says no results found. I’ve tried resetting and everything but still nothing will work

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your Xbox console.

May I know what console do you have? Xbox one, Xbox One S, X or the new Xbox Series X or S?

Also, I appreciate if you describe briefly what else you tried to fix this

And I want to confirm, when you say resetting the console. Do you mean a factory reset or a physical power cycle / turn off and on the console?

Have bought BF4 online and in a hard copy for the Xbox One. Both have gotten stuck at the main menu of the game with the rain. Have tried all of the suggestions and even talked to two Xbox Live support staff has not worked on those suggestions either. Does
anyone have any other suggestions I could try? My friends are playing the same game and am unable to play.

Does anyone have any idea why the code that was in the package with my Xbox one didn't work, and does anyone know where I can get a replacement?

Hello,

this problem looks similar to mine. I have an XBOX 360 S with builtin wireless. I have a COMCAST 862 modem+router combo. When I try to configure the network the XBOX does detect the wireless network I have. However, when I try to give it the WPA2 key, it
does not seem to be able to save it.

The only way I am able to get it to work is by keeping the network completely open. Does anyone have any suggestion?

So, anyone had any issues like this? Anyone from support who might be able to suggest things I could try? I have had it work correctly, but can't work out what is different when it does work. It's possible that if I have the PVR fully turned on before I
turn on the xbox, then switching between the menus works as you'd expect, but it's not consistent... maybe because the Xbox doesn't fully turn off??
