Does anyone have any advice? I really need help

I was switching the emails under my xbox account but before I could do that I had to make a new email for my second account that already had my primary email under it. I was able to do that just fine the issue is that when switching emails for my primary account Microsoft seemed to have made an outlook email for me which is now the primary alias under my primary account. I don't have any information too said account. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get in touch witch some xbox/Microsoft support to help with this issue but they have all just redirected me to someone new until the eventually just hang up the phone. When I check what email it is under on xbox it tells me the original email I was trying to change it from but it tells me that Microsoft account doesn't exist. I have had my xbox account since 2011 and I really don't want to have to make a new one since I've spent so much time and money on this account already but I can't get logged in to change my primary email under it and I don't have any way that I know of to access it.

For to me better understand your issue, I'll have to ask questions.

You mentioned about your primary email on your second account. Was that email an Outlook email address? Was it the email you were trying to transfer to your main Xbox account?

On the other hand, this new Outlook email address that was made, is it currently attached to your main account? You can check that by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com website then visit https://account.xbox.com/Profile to check if it shows your correct gamertag or main Xbox account.

Hi Rostom, I was trying to move my main email to my main account. It was just a gmail account. I have since posting this found out the email I have connected to the account and the password to the account but I am currently locked out of the account for putting the wrong information in to many times. I tried the recovery form but they refuse to unlock my account because I don't have enough information.
