does anyone have a way to help me out?

it started off when i tried to download minecraft of off the xbox app (after getting xbox gamepass ultimate) every time i tried to install the game it presented itself with error 0x800700e7 i decided to go on youtube and try find a solution which led to me crashing my microsoft store and leading me into another problem where i eventually fixed that however the original problem still stood and i could not download minecraft i found a video telling me to update windows in which i tried to do that however it told me i had an error and should try again later (i again managed to fix this problem) although once i was on the page i saw a red dot next to the icon aswell as a bunch of updates that had failed to install i tried re-installing the downloads but to no avail and now im here tired and frustrated not knowing what to do. I have not yet contacted Microsoft support as they were not answering my calls so in the meantime can anyone help me with this on going dilema

Yes, I've been on with support. They don't have a way to resolve this.

They seem to tell me that the original headset that came with my Xbox does not work with my brand new Xbox Wireless controller.

Which means I'd need to purchase a new headset.

Anyone out there who can help?
