    Hi, my son was given a gift card for his. Birthday for a value of £25. I carefully took off the strip but it also took off the code number. How do I get a new code for that card please? We have the receipt and bar code number. Thanks John

    gift card code has more than 25 digits

    Does it not have a description with it? Most gift cards have descriptions of where you can redeem them.

    Thank you for your reply nevertheless my issue is that Xbox allow minors to put credit cards against an account so I want a way to speak to microsoft direcly and as such would like someone from xbox to call me. THey are NOT available through chat or call
    back for a refund and this is not right. If anyone can give me a UK phone number for xbox where a human will answer the phone OR an email address where I can contact them please share. Thank you

    There should be an 800 number on the back of the card that youd call in those sort of situations
