Does anyone have a number I can call about getting a suspension removed?

My grandson account is suspended for cash back. His account was hacked. I am trying to get this issue resolved. Does anyone has a contact number, where I can actually speak with someone?

There isnt a phone number. The only way to reach the enforcement team who are the ones who handle bans/suspensions youd have to file a case review (if eligible) at https://enforcement.xbox.com

Does anyone who's called them have a support/reference number I can give when I call and they inevitably tell me they haven't heard about this issue from anyone else?

Suspension length can vary based on severity of the situation and past enforcement actions. So there is no exact number of suspensions before it's permanent. You can get a permanent ban without any prior infractions if the action is severe enough.

Once a fix is put in place, the notification about the permanent ban should be removed and either replaced with your actual suspension information or removed altogether. Support doesn't handle suspensions, so you'd have to continue to check the enforcement site for it to show your current suspension.

The only ones who deal with bans/suspensions are the enforcement team. They can only be reached by filing for a case review.

1 day suspensions are not eligible for case review so your only option is to wait out the suspension until it is over. No one on the forums or with Support can help further with enforcement team decisions.
