does anyone get kicked out of games when you try to upload a clip?

Kindly try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure capturing is enabled:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Preferences > Capture & share.

Under Allow game captures, make sure that either Captures by me or Captures by me or games is selected.

Delete older clips:

The issue may be due to a lack of space in your cloud storage. You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach those limits, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Go to Capture & share, and then select Recent captures > Show all.

Select On the Xbox network in the first drop-down box.

Select the clip you want to delete.

Press the A button , and then select Delete.

When you’ve maxed out your allotted storage capacity for game clip content, you’ll be notified with the message Delete some of your captures. To upload more, remove some captures from the Xbox network.

When you’ve reached 90% or more of your allotted storage capacity for game clip content, you’ll see a message in the Manage captures screen. Follow these steps to see if you’re near your allotted capacity:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Go to Capture & share > Recent captures > Show all.

If you’re near your allotted capacity for game clip content, you’ll see the message Your Xbox network storage is filling up. If you run out of space, delete some captures to upload more.

What happens when you try to upload a clip? Are you trying to use Upload Studio to do this? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes at all?

Thought I'd answer this myself (if it helps)

When I try to upload the clip, everything is fine except when it comes time to upload to OneDrive where it instantly fails.

Yes, Upload Studio is being used.

No, no error messages being seen.

So far the only game I've been using it with (& it worked fine up to a couple of days ago) is Forza Motorsport 6.

Since this happens every time I record a game clip I doubt every game clip is corrupted. This happens when I record a clip then upload that clip to Xbox. Usually when I record a game clip I am online with friends. This problem gets really frustrating since
it happens every time I view the clip after it finishes uploading resulting in me getting kicked from my online session. As far as I can tell this is not supposed to happen. This has been happening as long as I can remember. I've had issues before that have
recommended I power cycle but this issue has remained.

Firstly, thank you, Misses Quinzel, for taking the time to help me out; very appreciated.

Unfortunately, the problem is persisting; just tried to create & upload a new clip, as well Upload a stored clip; both failed. It would seem both your given examples apply to me.

The latter situation sounds more like mine, it does not Upload the clip upon creation (as it had always previously done).

The former situation does occur too; if I go to my "On this Xbox" clips and try to Upload anything there I get the Cloud storage full message.
