Does anyone else have an extremely hard time trying to get customer support from Xbox. It’s like I’m trying to communicate with a brick wall when I try too. Not only that but I’ve reported this one person that constantly harasses me and other people. This person constantly harasses me on Xbox and tired to start problems in my real life and nothing has harasses. Yet they ban people for gamer pics that don’t harm anyone… also it’s kinda pathetic you can’t contact Xbox 24/7 anymore. Idk how a company can get worse with customer support when your company gets bigger, I had an Easier time contacting support 10 years ago.

I paid using a bank card attached to my xbox.

I thought they took the money right away. They don't?

So, does, it take a long time to get the refund processed?

Do you know anything about my customer support line issue?

Nothing available online from Microsoft that I can find. I've even contacted XBox One support and they weren't able to provide details on this.

Has anyone seen documentation from Microsoft that they encrypt data on the hard drive or that the Xbox One "Factory Reset Default" does wipe data to some spec?

I'm sorry to hear that a factory reset and uninstalling the game has not worked. This means that there is something else in the hard drive that is not letting Gears of War 4 launch. It could very well be a game file from a completely different game. The
only thing you can do is keep trying to re-install the game and if it still does not work, then you will need to reset your Xbox and erase everything from the hard drive. Then try to re-install the game on a freshly wiped hard drive.

If that does not work, then you will need to contact
customer support as there is nothing else we can do on the forums to help.
