Is anyone else having an issue with their Newsmax app not working?

Yes no app on new Xbox and app won’t work on old Xbox

And, this error is appearing inside the app or when you try to open it?

I have signed up for Newsmax plus free trial and subscribed yearly. Downloaded to my mobile phone and iPad, but unable to install on my smart TV Sony Bravo and Laptop computer. Try many alternative ways to no avail, including Newsmax customer service, which I spoke to a representative on the first call, this person did not have much knowledge of the problem. Tried to call four times, left me waiting then requested to leave a message for them to call back, still waiting after Five days.

Normally the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

In case you didn't receive your money back within that time, please contact our live support Contact us | Xbox Support.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.
