DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY READ THESE POSTS?

Been posting for over 3 weeks about issues with not receiving Quest Rewards for a number of months.

Was told to post in this EXACT forum as this was the ONLY way Microsoft handles these.

Posted THREE different topics about this with NO ONE even noticing the posts.

Does someone ACTUALLY monitor this forum or are consumers just having smoke blown up them?

I see 4 other posts about the wrong times of the last solitaire tournament and yet I see no replies of help I'm ranked 67 or 76 I think, usually in the 20's, because it says it took me 9 plus hours when it didn't! I timed it and it was less than an hour
as usual. I don't rush, I love thinking about the next move and trying not to have to start over. Yesterday, I finished challenge 30 in 2 min and the screen froze and wouldn't reconnect because of the stupid commercials. You should fix all the times on this
last tournament. Hello are you there?

 

No one in the forums has access to that information. That should be handled by support. Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

Support WILL tell you to post in the forums as they cannot handle promotions such as these.

They will tell you that they cannot handle the issue and to post in the forum. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times about this. All us consumers can do is basically wait and hope someone will acknowledge it. I have even directly messaged someone who I
was advised to by support and have yet to hear a response.
