Does anyone actually read the appeals for unfair suspensions?

They will tell you that they cannot handle the issue and to post in the forum. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times about this. All us consumers can do is basically wait and hope someone will acknowledge it. I have even directly messaged someone who I
was advised to by support and have yet to hear a response.
