Does anyone actually play FOB?

It feels like MGS FOB scene for the Xbox One is dead, I didn't become majorly active until i unlocked FOB 4 weeks or so ago,.

Set off alarms countless times, some FOB's end in failure and others i still get to escape and in all that time, only once has a player come to defend.

Did i miss the MGS Xbox FOB hay day in the first four weeks of it's initial release but now everyone has already moved on to something else.

* Players not bothered or too scared to face someone raiding their bases if they are online and get notified

* Am i ranked too low at around 5,500, and need to move higher up to find the active players to bounce with

Sometimes I have fun, sometimes it is frustrating... this is life, no? You play because you want to improve and evolve... I am always trying new tactics, new methods of attack... some suck and earn me frustration... some are magic and I laugh maniacally
each time I kill someone... sometimes the connection makes me a god and at other times makes me a bullet magnet... so sometimes it blows, sometimes it rocks... that's why I play...

 

I like event FOB's more, but sometimes i try to infiltrate a player FOB.

Yesterday i played about 3 FOB missions with active defenders, i got lucky in the last one, reached the core and unlocked that quiet nameplate!
