Does anybody know why there is no mouse support for Apps on XBOX One?

I can tell you from my experience that there is not a single app supporting mouse control. And i know that with games, the implementing of kb/m support is up to the devs, But only for games. 😡

Hey, some apps must support mouse and keyboard. Not all games will support it nor will all apps.

Need For Speed Payback on Xbox One as far as I know does not support Keyboard and Mouse which will be why there is no key for Nitro. the fact that other keys work does surprise me.

Unfortunately, the Microsoft account only has linked social network accounts, game accounts such as ubsoft, epic games, psn, are done in reverse, that is, the platform account is linked to the microsoft account, and microsoft does not have access accounts owned by other companies.

In your case, only Playtstation can help in this process since Microsoft does not have access to either the process or the information.
