    Does anybody know why my Xbox mic wont work?


    I can hear the sound of games and people but my mic just doesn't work. I've tried restarting my Xbox, checking if I'm muted and firmly putting the headset into my controller. Please help

    Unfortunately, the Microsoft account only has linked social network accounts, game accounts such as ubsoft, epic games, psn, are done in reverse, that is, the platform account is linked to the microsoft account, and microsoft does not have access accounts owned by other companies.

    In your case, only Playtstation can help in this process since Microsoft does not have access to either the process or the information.

    Ive tried everthing i could, at this point im not trying to make it work i just want to know whats the problem, i have another pair of headsets that work perfectly on my xbox and this one also works on my laptop and my phone, i just want to know why the xbox wont recognize the mic but it will give audio and let me modify the volume of it

    Xbox Live keeps disconnecting

    I have been getting disconnections and so has my friends. It has been happening for me as of tonight. For my friend since the start of Jan. Can somebody please help? Another problem is when turning on the Xbox and it wont work for the xbox but everything
    else it does. Then you have to rest the internet for some reason for it to work. But really can anybody tell me why this is happening?
