Does anybody know how to change y minecart email if I have a Microsoft account?

If you already have migrated your Minecraft account to a Microsoft account, you can manage everything on your account from https://account.microsoft.com/ website. Go to Your Info section and select "Edit account info" to change or update your account aliases.

i dont remember the email that i have used on the account only the username of the minecart account

It will have all the steps on how to change your email address, keep in mind that this procedure does require you being able to log in to your Microsoft Account, if that isn't possible then please follow the steps mentioned on that same page on how to recover
the account etc.
