Refresh your PC to reinstall Windows and keep your personal files and settings. Refresh also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Microsoft Store.

Can you clarify which two episodes are not working correctly?

You'll use the Xbox Video app on your Windows 8.1 PC to watch the content, are the two episodes not appearing in that app? Can you refreshing your purchases from within the settings menu of the Xbox Video app?

You can't download the Movies & TV app onto Windows 8.1 devices, so the issue that you're seeing with that is by design. It's for Windows 10 devices.

Sounds like you've been through quite a few steps already in troubleshooting the issue with the app on your PC. If you're seeing this with other applications on your PC, not just the Xbox App, there might be something going on instead that's preventing you
from accessing those apps.

Have you attempted to refresh Windows 10 to troubleshoot this issue as well? It's not the best thing to have to go through, but if you've having issues with UWP programs and services on your PC, it might be a good step to look into. If you wanted some more
