    NBA w2K17 corrupt file; please help!

    Does anyone know how to reboot NBA2K17 without the disk? my son recently purchased it online, now we keep getting a corrupt file prompt. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    It's important to note that this is a public user-to-user community forum, and none of us here work for Microsoft.

    Kindly confirm if your purchased Minecraft game from 3- 4 years ago is showing up on your Microsoft account by signing in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History > Select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

    If you have found the Minecraft transactions, use the same Microsoft email address to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

    If you're unable to find the transaction, try to check your other Microsoft email accounts' Order History.

    Also, check the accounts' Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the Minecraft game was accidentally purchased on one of their accounts.
