Does an account appear to be deleted during verification?

I noticed that you are trying to verify your account in the Minecraft server.

I'm glad to be able to offer you some advice here.



Typically, if you join a Minecraft server, you are rarely asked to verify your account, are you joining a third party server?

If so, please recognize the email carefully and be cautious not to give out any information about the verification code, this community has received many reports from players who have had their Microsoft accounts stolen after joining third-party servers and verifying them.

This appears to be a deleted account situation.

If your account was hacked, the person who did it must have deleted your account or changed the primary e-mail alias, clearing it for use on new accounts.

Sadly, without access to verification methods or if it was deleted, it's impossible to recover it.

As per my notes above this issue appears to have been caused by Microsoft not sending the verification email from XBOX to link the accounts and ROBLOX for allowing the account to continue without this verification.

IF Microsoft could resend this verification it means the email address would be registered with the ROBLOX account allowing them to verify the ownership.

Hi there,

Something else has happened today, my name appeared randomly in a game (actual name not my gamer tag ) when it shouldn’t have. Never happened before. It makes me anxious and again worry about safety.

I want to try and delete my account, it was set up ages ago with my brother’s email (and his backup email address), but the verification code isn’t sending through and it won’t let me delete it (my brother probably does not use this email after).

Any help/advice appreciated.

The offer wont show up after the fact. It only appears during account creation, and if it's missed for any reason, it's gone.

Was the console new or used?

each console gets three accounts with this offer.

When you create your account and join live from the console, it should give you the different offers for Gold pricing, and when you say no thanks it should then give you the 1 month free offer, but a credit card is still needed for verification.
