    Does a person ever get an answer to any of these questions? Where can I see the answers?


    I used to be able to use my points to purchase new collections and download them immediately. Now I have tried to download the Winter Wonderland collection, which I purchased with my points just as I have done before , but now it just goes completely off
    when I click the download button.

    Just knowing that there are ppl who can hack me does not make feel any safer and no one ever does anything about it I get the same answer all the time block avoid and file complaint no of that works and these guys constantly system tamper with the game to
    where they are in control of the game and it's like no one cares I'm a hardcore gears of war player who plays for fun and yet I can't have fun because these same guys I run into almost twice a day are more in control then the game itself

    Can you see yourself playing the game for 530 hours?

    If the gane was any good yeah! but it took me allot longer than that to get to 500+ on Bc2, this guy has to be cheating! But to answer the question NOT with these maps or this broken down CQ.. SO NO! I haven't played in a couple of weeks an I
    haven't even missed it..

    Well it is more his unprofessional way not to look at someone when he speaks to him.

    A person who can look others in the eye while asking questions are much more worth for me.

    It is also about respective talking.

    Which means for me a giving and taking in a conversation.

    Not to put your self on a throne.

    And take all you want all the time.

    He can ask all his questions but in a different way.

    If he would be professional, he would not need to use cheese ways to get answers.

    A real good interview is where questions get answered without being disrespectful to the person that answer you.

    The good interviews have reporters that can get all answers by sticking to a professional manner.

    Less people can do this.

    Some people don´t even know how to communicate and discus right.

    Joe need to learn this to make me personal watch any of his shows.

    But he has a lot of folks that watch him so it does not really matter what I think ;)

    There are times that official support people will answer posts on these forums. It depends on the subject, and weather or not an ambassador can help the person. If your problem is at a level where only support can help, most likely you will have to call
    the support line. But, a greater amount of the time, ambassadors have the answer you are looking for. I can tell you without a doubt that likely more then one official support person has been reading this post, but right now do not feel the need to chime in.
    I guess a question I would have for you, is, if your question gets an answer that works, what does it matter who gave it to you? An ambassador, official support, as long as your problem is resolved, what difference does it really make? If you are in a situation
    where you feel that only a official MS support person can help you, then the phone support line is really the only way to go. I would suggest, however, that you give us ambassadors a chance to help you. Just because we do not officially work for MS does not
    mean that we can not give you the answer you are looking for.
