Does a factory reset destroy my Live account?

It was my fault completely. I was using Hotmail instead of the Outlook account. Everything is back but GTA still is having the disc not found error even though I got it online with Game Pass. Any possible solution?

Hey there, so here’s the thing… There was a few issues with achievements recently that should’ve been fixed by now, but that doesn’t mean there can’t still be a few bugs to work out. Now the other thing is you’re saying that games are not showing up that
you had before. If these were Xbox 360 games that were digital, there is a small possibility that some of those could’ve been delisted in the past and are unable to be reached downloaded. But it would be Good to know which ones you had so we can look that
up.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with an account. A factory reset does not do anything to the profile account as this is stored with Microsoft/Xbox. Sounds like you used a different email to sign in than what the
original profile has. We recommend going over the guide for
forgot Microsoft account solution.

My one x will not even factory reset now. It will not even finish downloading the store. Modern Warfare has destroyed my one x.
