    Dodgy Xbox one controller


    Recently braught a new, xbox one controller, and everything is fine until I was playing a game in modern warfare and held up on the d pad to do a gesture before finishing moving someone and the controller disconnected, didnt think anything of it, reconnected
    and carried on, and went to do it again, and same thing happened controller unsynced itself, went on to the configuration settings just to check the mapping out of curiosity and the up d pad button is mapped to up as it should be and the sync button is mapped
    to up also? The up d pad button works fine in presses and so does the sync button, but the sync button also goes up menus through presses, as if they are wired together, its become a nusance and I just want it to work properly and be able to hold the d pad
    up button sa I should be able to do rather then it de syncing my controller.

    what can I do? Only just braught it less then a week ago and dont want to be buying another one.

    The chat function on my Xbox One seems pretty dodgy too. I have 2 official controllers and for some reason the official headset wont work with one of them.

    It's not just you. I have the same issues with the 2 of my controllers. I'm currently on my third controller and I doubt it's going to last long as well and more people complain about the sticks either sticking or shifting in all directions.

    Call support to get it fixed. If you've got it since last x-mas, you still have warranty.

    To be fair I thought the 360 controller wasnt very good,ive been using razor 360 controllers,the latest being the sabertooth,tornament legal unlike many of the dodgy ones that should be banned in general,waiting for razor to make an xb1 controller.
